Dredging of sediment over the full 737 m and reshaping of the channel to a trapezoidal profile. The work allowed for existing sewer outfall pipes, with any damage repaired.

Repair and maintenance of the existing trained channel — restoring its original capacity by dredging sediment across the full reach and securing undermined stone structures. Surplus material was hauled to a licensed landfill.
